The staff at Genoa Port Hotel was very kind and accommodating. Our twin/double room came with water bottles and tea, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was fantastic, with a funicular station nearby for easy transportation. Additionally, being in front of a coffee house and bars added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

The staff were especially helpful and offered guidance. I appreciated convenient placing of a mini bar, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker in the twin room.

Really enjoyed how modest the property was. the location was the best possible, close to many attractions. it was next to different public transport as well as restaurants and bars, many shops, and nice restaurants.
